Not only does this kimchi pack an umami punch it fights food waste! We teamed up with FareShare Cymru to make use of surplus radishes and sweetheart cabbage they weren't able to distribute through their usual channels. We transformed these tasty veg into a traditional Korean-style kimchi made with mild, smoky gochugaru and tamari sauce and short fermented before being jar conditioned for peak kimchi-ness. Nice.
Eat me with... mac n' cheese, sushi, atop a juicy burger or (and we highly recommend this) straight from the jar!
