Where do we ship to?
Across the UK!
NOTE: we can only ship a maximum of 2 jars per order to islands - sorry islanders!
How many products can I order?
As many as your little heart desires (unless you're an islander, again sorry!). Please note that shipping rates will vary slightly based on the size of your order. If you’re looking to order much more or wish to stock us in your restaurant, cafe or shop get in touch at email@example.com and we’ll sort you out!
How long will delivery take?
We post out orders once a week on Tuesdays. We use a courier service to get your order to you as quickly as possible! We’re a very small company though so please do bear with us if things take a little longer than we’d like.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping is calculated by weight. Shipping costs are as follows:
1-6 jars - £4.99
6 or more jars - £7.99
NOTE: due to the small scale nature of our business these are the shipping rates we can currently offer. If you would like to place a larger order get in touch at
How are the products packaged?
We use recycled boxes, re-used protective packaging and recyclable paper tape to package up your products in an environmentally friendly manner. As these products should be kept chilled we also include a re-usable ice pack to keep them cool during delivery. Because of this it’s normal for a bit of condensation to be in the package when you receive it.
What do I do with my products when I receive them?
We ask that you place your products in the fridge (between 2-5°C) as soon as you receive them. We’ve had our products tested for safety after they’ve been kept at room temperature for 5 days. BUT, this doesn’t mean you should leave them out of the refrigerator! As these are living products they will begin to actively ferment again and potentially leak if you keep them at room temperature, so get them in the fridge ASAP.
What do I do if my product has leaked in transit?
As we provide raw, unpasteurised living products they might get a bit excited during delivery. Bubbling, hissing or leaking is normal and your product is perfectly safe to eat. Just give it a little clean up and pop it in the fridge.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Please refer to our website Ts & Cs for more information about refunds and replacements.
