How many products can I order?
As many as your little heart desires. If you wish to stock us in your restaurant, cafe or shop get in touch at email@example.com and we’ll sort you out!
How long will delivery take?
We post out orders once a week on Wednesdays. Depending on delivery location, orders can arrive between 1-3 days. Don't worry, all orders are packed with ice packs and should stay cool enough on their journey.
How much does delivery cost?
Due to the increase in demand of shipping and courier services across the UK, prices have increased. As a result, we've been forced to increase the price of our shipping services. We ship to most areas of the UK for £6.49. This is a flat rate and customers can order as much as they like at this price.
NOTE: We don't make ANY money on our shipping. In fact, we share the cost of shipping and materials with our customers and often lose money on each shipment. Please understand that shipping services are in high demand right now and services have increased their prices.
How are the products packaged?
We use recycled boxes, re-used protective packaging and recyclable paper tape to package up your products in an environmentally friendly manner. As these products should be kept chilled we also include a re-usable ice pack to keep them cool during delivery. Because of this it’s normal for a bit of condensation to be in the package when you receive it.
What do I do with my products when I receive them?
We ask that you place your products in the fridge (between 2-5°C) as soon as you receive them. We’ve had our products tested for safety after they’ve been kept at room temperature for 5 days. BUT, this doesn’t mean you should leave them out of the refrigerator! As these are living products they will begin to actively ferment again and potentially leak if you keep them at room temperature, so get them in the fridge ASAP.
What do I do if my product has leaked in transit?
As we provide raw, unpasteurised living products they might get a bit excited during delivery. Bubbling, hissing or leaking is normal and your product is perfectly safe to eat. Just give it a little clean up and pop it in the fridge.
