Interested in the wonderful world of fermentation and want to expand your skills and knowledge? Learn the art of fermentation and how to make consistently great kimchi, sauerkraut or kombucha at home. Workshops include everything you need (ingredients, equipment etc) and you'll go home with detailed instructions for when you're making it by yourself.

Sauerkraut & kimchi workshops (Crick)

How do you make kimchi? How long to ferment sauerkraut? You'll learn everything you need to know and go home with a jar of kraut and kimchi made by your own fair hands and under our expert instruction! Held at Crafty Pickle HQ in Crick, Monmouthshire.

Introduction to Vegetable Fermentation workshop (Talgarth)

In this 2-hour workshop you'll learn how to ferment vegetables using two effective methods – dry salting and brining. During this workshop we'll teach the skills and techniques necessary to create successful lacto-ferments everytime.  Held at Talgarth Town Hall, Powys

Gut Health & Nutrition Courses

We occasionally run courses looking specifically at gut health, how we can improve it and the role fermented foods might play in our health. As a team with a Registered Nutritionist on it we love talking all things nutrition so if you have a specific nutrition topic you'd like us to create a workshop or talk around we're happy to help!​
