This sauerkraut is certainly not how your nana would do it but, sorry guys, this is a next level piccalilli. Crunchy and fresh with a sour hit that will kick your nana's walking stick right from under her.

Once opened, push down on contents with a clean spoon or fork to allow brine to cover the vegetables. It's good practice to do this each time after you help yourself to a serving to keep the product good and fresh!

We currently have an 11 month shelf-life on our products which means when you get them they should have a pretty decent date on them. Please note that this date is actually a 'best before' and could be eaten even after this date! Just have a smell and taste to save on waste!

Our jars also state, 'once opened consume within 1 month.' Again, this is merely a recommendation. If stored properly, our products can last several months after this!
