Wild Garlic season is one of our favourite times of the year, and we think we've captured the garlicky essence of this special time in this, our latest limited batch kimchi. Crafted with freshly foraged wild garlic, this kimchi is also made with bird's eye chilli to up the fire - you've been warned!

Try me in a salad, with a pasty, cheeseboard or (and we highly recommend this!) eat me straight from the jar!

Chinese leaf cabbage, wild garlic, radish, sea salt, miso (water, soybean, rice, salt, alcohol), bird's eye chilli.

ALWAYS KEEP REFRIGERATED!

Once opened, push down on contents with a clean spoon or fork to allow brine to cover the vegetables. It's good practice to do this each time after you help yourself to a serving to keep the product good and fresh.

We currently have a 6 month shelf-life on this product which means when you get them they should have a pretty decent date on them. Please note that this date is actually a 'best before' and could be eaten even after this date. Just have a smell and taste to save on waste!

Our jars also state, 'once opened consume within 1 month.' Again, this is merely a recommendation. If stored properly, our products can last several months after this.
