Food waste sucks. So we're doing something about it. This brand new recipe kimchi is made with perfectly edible pak choi that was heading for the bin before we swooped in to rescue it! Packed with toasted sesame seeds for a nutritious punch of plant protein, fibre and calcium and tingling with garlic and gochugaru (Korean red chilli pepper) this is one damn fine kimchi.
Eat me with... sushi, gooey mac'n'cheese, a chargrilled burger or (and we highly recommend this) straight from the jar!
